A regularly assigned team will clean your property. All employees are uniformed, insured, and bonded.

Our normal workdays are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  If you need service outside of normal working times, please contact us.

We will make every effort to meet your needs.

To make time we spend in your property as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up items such as clothing, toys or any other household items in cleaning areas.

Not at all! ProCare™ brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. However, if you have a special product you would prefer, our staff will be more than happy to accommodate you.

If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 24-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a $25 fee if the team cannot be reassigned, if the team is already on their way, arrived or lockout, %50 of the cleaning fee will be charged. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why ProCare™ does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate it when you let us know how we can serve you better.

We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, ProCare™ will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed. See more in detail: Terms & Conditions.

Many property owners are not aware of their personal liability regarding work-related injury and social security taxes for independent property-service workers. No need to worry, ProCare™ takes care of all this for you.

Many of our customers are not in the property when we clean. Only the professionals who will be cleaning your property will have access to your property. To ensure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your property for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.

Credit Cards and Cheques are the accepted payment methods. Cash is not accepted except tips. Most customers find it convenient to simply use our online booking system or leave a cheque in the unit, made payable to “GCCN”. If you prefer, we are also able to take your credit card information over the telephone. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.
